Oghogho Uyi OSAZEE-ODIA holds PhD in Media and Communication, University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He has been teaching broadcasting, communication and development, media theories, policy and regulation, new media and society, Delta State University, Abraka. Dr Osazee-Odia has a number of publications in national and international journals.
