This volume collects mainly papers on ethnic cohabition and conflict written for two international conferences in the PR of China, one in Chonqing (SWUPL) in 2016 and one in Changsha (CSU) in 2015. A large part of the volume is dedicated to issues regarding Muslims. HansChristian Günther is professor for classics at the AlbertLudwigsUniversität Freiburg. He has widely published on Greek and Roman philosophy and literature, Byzantine and modern Greek studies. Recently he has been more and more interested in intercultural studies, ethics and international politics.
