Jacobsen, Away with the Moles. This book presents animals that are largely unwelcome in the garden. In addition to a study of their biology, the behaviour of the animals is examined, together with means of keeping them at bay. The focus is on getting rid of animals, in a manner not otherwise discussed in any other book, such as foxes, deer, wild pigs, pigeons, musk rats, starlings and crows, and also mosquitoes, wasps and hornets. The book will enable readers to assign damage in the garden to a particular animal group and take the appropriate measures to combat it accordingly.
